  • How can you afford to offer items at such a low price?
    We can offer the products at a low price because we are able to keep our costs down by purchasing by the truckload, having daily storewide prices (not individually pricing items,) and not stocking shelves. We don't have a fancy store, but that allows us to focus on getting the best deals for you!
  • How to I get the big ticket items?
    Saturdays is restock day - That's the day we bring out all the new overstock straight off the truck. On the weekends you will find items with higher retail value (electronics, furniture, outdoor equipment, etc.) We recommend you bring gloves and something to open boxes with, as many of the packages are taped shut. We ask that you don't open any boxes over the causes items to separate from their parts or break.
  • Why don't you offer refunds?
    We don't individually price or tag items, instead we use a daily storewide price and our receipts don't list individual items. This is why we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges. ​ But we do want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a "Try Before You Buy" station at the store where you can test all electronics, light bulbs, and inspect everything out of the box before you purchase it! We ask that you do not open boxes in the bins.
  • What is the name of the parrot in the logo?
    Our Parrot's name is Pete and he was created by Sault native Eric Demaray.
